Our Property Management Office is looking to fill an immediate opening for the position of a Part Time Leasing Agent.
We manage over 600 rental properties in the Tri-Cities.
As a Leasing Agent, you will become the public face of our office and the key liaison between the management office and our current and prospective renters.
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has experience working with the public and can offer competent service to our renters.
The Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.
m.
to 4:00 p.
m.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
· Lease rental homes/apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy.
· Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
· Respond to resident request promptly and courteously and to help resolve resident issues.
· Be aware of company and community policies and be able to explain them to residents and potential residents.
· Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with Company policy.
· Enter into the computer data relative to residents and potential residents in accordance with company policy.
· Assist in developing and maintaining a resident retention/renewal program in order to achieve optimum increases and conversion ratios.
· Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations.
· Be aware of the rent levels and amenities of competitive communities.
· Be aware of all community and area facts and statistics.
· Greet new residents and assist with the move-in process.
· Verify application data.
· Qualify potential residents.
· File Documents and Invoices
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· High School Diploma
