*A Growing Real Estate Software and Education Company seeks a Rock Star Customer Service Rep to Join Their Team* If you are a go-getter who is great with computers, who LOVES helping people and wants to work in a small, informal, fun office directly with the CEO, then this opportunity is for you! *IMPORTANT: *Please read this ad carefully and pay attention to submission requirements at the bottom of this post.

(Don't tell him we wrote this) *Here’s the deal:* We are a small, growing software and education company whose products are loved by tens of thousands of real estate investors around the country (and lately the world).
We care deeply about not only providing amazing products but also incredibly attentive, mind-blowing, “better tell my friends about it” customer support.
Because let’s face it: customer service in our day and age is dead.
Customer service’s health declined over the last few decades until someone took him out back and shot him to just end the suffering.
We live in an age of endless automated phone prompts and email response times slower than Biden walking up the steps of Air Force One (sorry couldn't help it.

Promise!) Anyway, not us.
We pick up the phone when it rings, we answer emails as they come in, and we go out of our way to WOW our clients.
We are bringing customer service back and we need YOU to help us! *So if that appeals to you, then read on:* If you have what it takes, you’ll be working in a small office directly next to the CEO and a couple of amazing coworkers.
Your days will be spent helping our fantastic clients on the phone and via email.
And while your help will be centered around our software and education products, what you really will be doing is helping change lives! Because our clients are all entrepreneurs whose next real estate deal may mean they can send their kids to college or finally pay off that student loan that's been holding them back! We empower real estate investors to change financial trajectories of their families and THAT is what you'll be a part of.

Keep reading! *You are the right person for this job if:* * You care deeply about helping people and take joy in it * You take great pride in your work * You’re awesome on the phone * You truly enjoy talking to people regularly * You have a high sense of urgency * You have great written communication skills and can type min 50wpm * You are good at math * You have great attention to detail * You’re a problem solver * You love constantly learning something new * You can switch between tasks without losing focus * You can take the heat of dealing with clients who are sometimes upset or can be difficult * You have some form of technical background.
This can include experience working with computers (software or hardware), working with CRM platforms, etc.
This job will require you to become proficient in 7-10 different software programs so if your computer skills aren’t up to speed, this isn’t the right opportunity.
Background in support and/or sales is a plus! So at this point, you’re saying _“That basically describes me perfectly! But what will I be doing day to day?”_ Well, glad you asked! On a daily basis, you will be our front line to our clients.
You will be helping our clients via phone, chat and email to navigate our software as well as with any account issues they have, including working on preventing refunds and cancelations.
Our clients are all mom and pop real estate investors and rely on our software for deal analysis, raising capital, project management and more.
You will serve a key role in helping them be successful! *Path for Growth:* If you kick ass at this job and prove capable of doing more, then your next step will be in Customer Success! This is where we stop reacting and start being proactive.
Onboarding calls, group fast-track webinars, and regular client outreach to make sure our software users are getting the most of the platform! *Additional cool facts about this position:* There is usually a pretty good size performance bonus at the end of the year so your total comp, even in your first full year with us will be bigger than your base! *If you are still here then this is how to apply (read carefully).
