Originally bought for the kids (in grade and high school at the time) so they couldn't hurt themselves.
As a retiree have been using myself.
Unfortunately far beyond what I can do at this point.
440 pounds of weight between the two stacks.
Bench-Shoulder press-Shrugs-Squats-Curls-Rowing-Lat pull downs-Flys all capable on the same unit.
All weight changes done by moving a single 1/4"x5" pin.
Excellent shape, all working like the day it was delivered.
