Your bedroom with a private bath is on the 3rd floor.
There are two other bathrooms, one on each floor, for general use.
Not handicapped accessible.
There is a balcony on the second floor- Therefore not child friendly.
I will be traveling for the next five months and need a roommate.
No PETS, NO SMOKING, no perfumes/cologne, etc.
