Looking for 2 VCU students or young professionals to rent out two 9ft by 10ft bedrooms I have available in a new construction home built last year! The house is a 13 minute drive to campus by Chickahominy Bluff with guaranteed parking.
You'll have: - in-house washer & dryer - full bathroom (shared if there's another roommate but for now, private) - kitchen access - new microwave & mini refrigerator in the bedroom - Access to a 24/7 gym - Swimming pool - guaranteed parking in front of the house Rent is $800 per person and that includes all utilities & Internet.
A little about me: I work from home as a 24 year old Software Engineer, I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2021 with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and I keep the house very clean & quiet.
Im looking for someone who is also clean and respectful.
