Rent also includes use of the kitchen (and all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc), laundry and large living room.
Rent does NOT include any consumable products.
Bath is shared with 2 other tenants - and cleaning of the bath and hall is shared.
House has central air/heat, replacement windows, large back yard with privacy fence and grill.
90% of the time it so quiet that you wouldn't know anyone else was here.
We are laid back people -- don't stress over much - so no drama.
Must be respectful of others - everyone here gets along very well and it's a happy and quiet environment.
No using druggies or sloppy drunks whatsoever - you can drink - I just don't need people that can't handle what they drink - I hope that's clear.
Must also be quiet in room after 9 pm - just no loud music or thumping around.
Smoking is ok - there are other smokers in the home but not in bedroom - downstairs in living room or kitchen only.
SINGLE MALES ONLY - dads with visitation (even overnight on weekends) is ok - NO COUPLES - don't want the drama.
