The loft at our place in Church Hill is open and available now, including a loft with lots of windows!
The loft is carpeted and has lots of windows.
This room is a finished attic - it's a pretty decent size (~460 sq ft)! Please note there is a room with wood floors before the stairs leading up to the main loft/finished attic space -- and that entry room will be a shared storage space.
The room can come fully furnished, including a double-sized bed, two large desks, a flatscreen TV, two dressers, a nightstand, wooden media console, and a leather, reclining couch + a few other things -- see the pictures.

There is also a walk-in closet of sorts built into a corner of the room.
This room does not come with a private bathroom.
About the House:
Right now there are 2 guys in the house.
There's a manager at a decent-sized tech company and the other is currently transitioning jobs and going through a coding bootcamp.
Pretty easy-going bunch, respectful, and clean.
There's currently no pets.
Nice, quiet area.
Walking distance from Chimborazo Dog Park, coffee from Riverbend; food at Alewife (seafood restaurant and bar) and Grisette (American take on the classic French Bouchon).
7 min drive to MCV and 10 min drive to VCU.
Plenty of street parking available, I've never had to park more than a block away.
Large (for the city) fenced in backyard with deck and grill.
Fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen areas.
Covered front porch.
Washer/dryer laundry unit in house.
Backyard patio.
There's also a broken down chicken coop hiding in the corner that isn't being utilized? lol
There is also an upside down hot tub in the backyard that either needs repair or to be removed.
Utilities are split equally and not included in the base rent.
The base rent is $839/month for the loft.
Utilities run around $100/month averaged over the year.
Hoping for some awesome people to be around.
Must be an LGBTQ+ ally (some of us are members and we want our friends to be comfortable here).
Regarding pets, normally dogs would be fine, however; someone in the house right now isn't very comfortable with dogs.
