Kind of a unique housing opportunity-I'm a young professional living off Forest Hill Ave.
and I have more space than I need.
Looking to rent out a single room in my home for a 3 or 6 month period (utilities will be included).
Home is fully furnished.
If things go well we can talk about longer.
I'm a quiet person and don't entertain much was hoping to live with someone of similar mindset (grad student or young professional).
There would be no lease or security deposit and we would operate off a trust basis.
I have a large fenced in backyard and 2 cats so must be comfortable with animals.
