Monthly rent does not include electricity/gas, water, internet, it’s $60/month.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor with the full bathroom in the hallway so essentially you have the second floor to yourself if you rent both bedrooms.
Pets on a case by case basis as we have a sweet dog.
