It has a closet with folding doors and a top shelf for storage.
Someone with a queen sized bed will benefit from this room.
It is on the back side of the house which makes it a very quiet space away from the rest of the house.
PLEASE NO PETS OR CHILDREN.

LEASE TERMS:
Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement.
Security deposit equal to one month's rent.
($1000).
I will not do a six-month or 1 year lease unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
Initially, leases will be month to month .
Longer lease terms will be applicable assuming we are a good fit as roommates.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month's rent saved up ($2000) we may not be a good fit.
I need someone mature who is able to save money and who is serious in order to proceed to have you as a roommate.
I'm hoping to find:
- young professionals/grad students/serious minded, mature undergrads
- individual who can keep a clean house
- responsible person that pays rent on time
- peaceful, mellow person to share the house
What I'm NOT looking for:
-party animals - our house is QUIET and I mean quiet after 10pm.
-passive aggressive people - if there is a problem, we sit at the dinner table and discuss it as mature adults
-messy, messy people - when finished in the kitchen, clean it
About Me: My name is Isaiah.
I am 25 and a Richmond native, currently working in Advertising.
My journey led me through Hampton University, where I graduated in 2020, before finding my way back to Richmond.
I'm fairly social and enjoy getting out of the house whenever I can.
I'm often on the court playing tennis or pickleball 2-3 times a week when the weather allows, and I hit the gym 3-5 times a week.
I have a 3-month-old puppy named Naja.
She's a bit shy at first but warms up to friendly souls.
I'm an easy-going and chill person to live with, as long as you are mature and responsible.
I enjoy going out but also have plenty of nights in.
Keeping a clean space is important to me, and I expect that desire from anyone I live with.
Additionally, I have a younger brother who is away at college.
He will likely be staying in the guest room when home from breaks.
