Rent free (Lenexa)

During covid my mother and grandmother moved into my house.
I am taking a new job and will not be able to be there to help them.
I really want someone to be here.
In exchange for rent.
You can get up 2 rooms without paying anything.
This wouldn't be till about April.
I'm fixing things to be better.
However it's an old beat up farmhouse.
As far as duty it's just normal stuff that you would do to take care of a house.

What I would like is general cooking and cleaning.
It would be very nice if my grandmother wanted to make something and you helped her with it.
She gets two drinks a day.
You will have to make them for her.
There are 2 dogs that live in the house.
One small and 1 bigger.
And I believe there are 4 cats that go in and out.

So maybe sometimes let the dogs out.
Possibly take in the mail.
Really I'm just looking for someone to be here while I'm off the property.
The entire upstairs is one room.
It's not a terrific room and it's not a bad room.
The bathroom is downstairs.
The staircase is kind of steep.
washer and dryer, I'll even install a dishwasher in the kitchen.
You'll basically have run of the house it's just 2 old ladies.
I myself do not live in the house.
