I have a large room and separate office room in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.
It’s a 2 min drive from VUU, and a 5min drive from the Siegel Center.
Rent is $900 a month, utilities are average another $200-250.
Cats and dogs are not allowed, however caged/roomed pets are.
I’m moving out to travel the country/for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over once I’m gone.
The lease ends July 31st however I’m looking for someone to take over now.
I have one other roommate, she’s 25 and works hybrid.
My room gets bright light all day, but especially in afternoon/golden hour, and has a ceiling fan.
My closet has two levels in it to hang some extra stuff and I have a personal bathroom downstairs that I use, it has a toilet/sink/stall shower.
But the house is big and from the 1920s, like the bed in my room is a king size and theres still plenty of space but we also have a front yard, covered front porch, fenced backyard with a shed/outdoor work area, unfinished basement for storage, 2 dining rooms, washer/dryer, high ceilings, walk in pantry, and lots of windows.
We have three street parking spots in front of our house.
Our kitchen has specific cabinets, pantry space, and refrigerator space for your personal items as well as community space that’s up for grabs.
I’ll be taking some personal things when I leave like my living room couch and tv/ console but my roomie is happy to incorporate any personal items, plus there is storage space basement and in the garage/shed.
There is a $150 deposit to put in a background check and credit score check- and an application.
The landlord will approve you, and our lease ends July 31st, although you can renew if you’d like.
