It is also relativively easy walking/biking distance/proximaty to Willow Lawn/Carytown.
(I do it when the weather is nice) In addition to what the small galley kitchen affords (Fridge/Sink/Stove/Range) there is also a 1100 Watt microwave w/turntable, a Rival Crockpot, InstantPot, Cuisinart Toaster Oven, George Foreman, Quesadilla maker and the kitchen is fully stocked w/skillets/saucepans/flatware and silverware.
I am clean, organized and respectful and therefore I expect you to be the same.
