The room is just a nice-sized one-bedroom, but when you see it, you will know why I'm calling it a studio! The studio room has been renovated, with a lovely brown wood floor, a brand new paint job on the walls, an AC unit, and a personal bathroom with a walk-in shower.
What makes this studio bedroom unique besides being renovated and having a full bathroom with a walk-in shower? The room has brand-new furniture, so you don't have to do much when moving in.
You only have to bring your bed mattress and a little decoration to put your taste inside.
We will also provide a small refrigerator, so if you decide to eat in the studio, you will have a place to store your food and drinks and be allowed to use the house's main kitchen if you decide to cook.
The $ 450 flat fee will cover the studio, lights, wifi, and channels like Netflix and Hulu.
Another huge plus about this studio is the area! We are only a 15-minute walk to the main train station, if you work or travel to the city often, this might be the perfect spot for you! Also, the area has plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores, so you don't have to go out of the way if you need to do some minor shopping.
