5BA house starting March 1st.
Rent is $450 plus a $200 security deposit and utilities (averaging $100/mo).
The price sounds too good to be true for this amount of space, I just happened to get lucky in finding this gem when I moved in 6 years ago! The 12 month lease renews on, so we’re looking for someone to commit until then with the option to renew with us for another year.
About us: Kristen and Sam are both full-time artists with studios in the Art district (Kristen is a painter and Sam is a printmaker), and Alison works at a climbing gym and as a server.
We all have busy schedules, we’re clean, conscientious, active, and always value open communication.
We’ve struck a nice balance in the house between having a quiet calm home environment and enjoying some fun shared moments too.
We enjoy family dinners once a month or so, and grilling in the summer, but we are all introverts and love our down time! We love hiking, climbing, cooking, yoga, making art, and gardening.
About your room: It’s on the first floor near the kitchen, measuring 14.

It has two big windows, one south-facing with a view of the flatirons.
You’d be partially sharing your bathroom with Sam, but he has his own half bath downstairs so he only uses the shower.
You might hear some kitchen noise from your room, so be aware if you’re very sensitive to that kind of thing (we do have quiet hours between 10pm and 7am and we’re all mindful about it).
About the house: this place is really a gem! It’s super spacious, five bedrooms 2.
5 baths, lots of light (great for plants), large kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher, big yard with a grill, two patios, and lots of gardening space if that’s your jam.
The house has solar panels, laundry in the basement, and overall there’s tons of storage space.
We use the fifth bedroom as a guest room occasionally, maybe a few days a year.
No pets allowed according to the lease, unfortunately.
The neighborhood is super quiet, our neighbors are friendly, we’re close to Lucky’s Market, Safeway, and public transportation.
There’s more than enough street parking, plus we share the driveway.
