The unit offers convenient amenities such as an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a parking stall.
The monthly rent for a 13-month lease is $720, which includes utilities.
Must be able to pass a background check, have good credit, and proof of income for leasing office.
A little bit about myself: I am a male in my early thirties.
I am usually occupied with work, setting and achieving goals, learning new things, or simply enjoying some quiet time at home.
Since I work long hours, I see my living space as a sanctuary to recharge and relax.
