LF: fast punk drummer w/ practice space

Experienced upper 20's guitarist/vocalist looking to have at least a 3-piece punk band started for live gigs in the spring/summer.
Trying to focus on mostly originals and a few covers.
Planning on some reggae stuff for that Bad Brains sound too.
Eventually would like to do studio recordings and tours.
