White cedar ribs, red cedar planking, ash and oak stems, and canvas covered hull.
It is wide, deep and roomy, suitable for use on large rivers, lakes and in salt water.
Its broad lines give it steadiness and generous carrying capacity.
Sailing rig is not with this canoe, but it does have the step for a mast and bracket for rudder.
