Lost emotional support animal is mircochipped! (Henrico)

hello, deeply saddened to say that my ESA has gotten out of the house 3/3/24.
His name is ziggy he responds to his name weirdly enough.
He left with a bob marely peace collar, he has a unique marking on his face , he is microchipped to us frm pwcs we just moved to the area recently.
Hopefully I could get some help with bringing him back.
