LARGE BLK FEMALE DOG RUNNING ON ALLIED RD (Chester/Enon Near Hopewell Bridge, Ran Towards RT 10)

DOG RUNNING LOOSE ON ALLIED ROAD, NEAR ROUTE 10 & HOPEWELL BRIDGE! My husband saw a large black dog running on Allied Road running towards Route 10 at 1:23 this afternoon.
The dog is female, weighs approximately 90 - 100 pounds, resembled a black lab but has the head of a rottweiler.
He could tell that she had just recently given birth.
He tried multiple times to get her to come to him but she wouldn't.
I'm hoping someone is looking for her but she could've been dropped off there by someone.
He first saw her at the Chesterfield County Public Safety Training building; as indicated on the map.
Please be on the lookout for her and call Chesterfield Animal Services at 748-1683 if you see her.
We have no idea where she is right now.
