*Overview:*
_Thompson_McMullan, P.
C is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney.
The ideal candidate should have between three and six years of commercial litigation experience.
Relevant areas include: construction and employment disputes, crisis management, appearance in state and federal court for matters involving breach of contract, defamation, emergency injunctions, declaratory judgements, breach of fiduciary duty, and equitable claims.
The candidate should have strong organizational skills and enjoy working with team members daily.
The candidate should enjoy learning about new topics in a variety of industries.
Position includes consistent and direct contact with clients.
*Job Qualifications:*
· 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience.
· Experience in State and Federal Court.
· Exceptional writing skills, organization skills, and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
