Job Overview As Paralegal, you will be partnering with outside settlement attorneys to facilitate mortgage loan closings for CapCenter.
Responsibilities also include compiling loan packages and issuing appropriate disclosures to our clients.
This position is located in the office at our beautiful headquarters in Innsbrook in Glen Allen, Virginia.

You will prepare purchase transactions for closing by obtaining and reviewing documents prepared by sellers’ attorneys and drafting seller closing disclosures to ensure a smooth client experience.
You will perform post-closing review of files returned from external settlement agents and witness only closings.

” You will resolve any issues as they arise and collaborate directly with mortgage, realty and insurance team members to ensure a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required Licensed Notary Public or willingness to become licensed within the first 30 days Prior experience working in real estate, mortgage or government-regulated industry preferred Strong communication and analytical skills Strong professionalism, ethics, and character Ability to organize, prioritize, adapt, and respond quickly in time sensitive situations We offer a competitive compensation package to include base salary, annual bonus, medical, dental and life insurance benefits, 401(k), profit sharing, and paid vacation.
