Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in the Richmond office.
As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location.
A Day in the Life:
Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world.
You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who represent companies in courtrooms across the country primarily in products liability defense, mass torts, and class actions.
All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.
We Know You:
Candidate should have at least three years of litigation experience on the defense side.
Candidate should have some experience with drafting and arguing discovery motions, taking and defending depositions, responding to discovery, and participating in overall case work-up.
Practice in the areas of products liability, personal injury, insurance defense, or commercial litigation is a plus but not a requirement.
Candidate should possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and ability to work both collaboratively and independently as necessary.
Candidate must be admitted to and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
