Litigation Paralegal

Richmond Personal Injury law firm looking for highly qualified paralegal to handle both cases in litigation and pre litigation.
The candidate must possess very strong writing, grammar and verbal skills.
The candidate must have at least five years experience working for a plaintiff's firm (handling cases both in litigation and pre litigation) and/or insurance defense firm.
The candidate must be proficient in handling all aspects of paralegal tasks for cases in litigation from the filing of a complaint, discovery, preparing a file for the attorney to take depositions, and trial preparation.
We're looking for an energetic individual who works well in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,671.
42 - $62,999.
