Looking for Part-Time Construction Related Work (Glen Allen)

I am a current student for a STEM major, with the goal of going into the engineering sector of Construction.
I am highly motivated to learn and work, and would like to find a position that is 2-3 days a week while I am in school to start with the basics in a trade/construction.
My schedule is extremely flexible and can work any time or day.
I have experience working manual labor that is not related to construction.
I also have experience in management in the food industry recently, until I decided I want to pursue this passion and career.
I am willing to try just about any trade, very excited to learn something new.
