Formica laminate top.
Not like the 1950s diner-style tables.

Originally purchased in Seattle, WA.
Works great as a side console table and/or computer desk.
In good condition with no major issues.
Some light marks and stains on the top--common for pieces made with formica.
But no cracks or major areas of peeling.
