About NORA: NORA collaborates with Organ Procurement Organizations, Transplant Centers, Living Donor Networks, and Laboratories across the nation.
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time Emergency Vehicle Drivers for SUVs and tissue donor transport vans.

Driver Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience driving a police, fire, or ambulance vehicle with emergency red lights and sirens (yellow lights do not apply).
Current or past police officers, firefighters, or career EMS workers only.
24-hour on-call shifts.
Minimum age of 25.
Must live within 30-35 minutes of Richmond.
Clear criminal background check.
Clear state driving record verified through DMV, reviewed annually.
Successful completion of initial and random drug testing.
Attention to quality, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties: Drivers will transport medical teams, organs, tissues, tissue donors, and supplies using NORA vehicles for both emergent and non-emergent organ procurement transportation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional and service-oriented mindset.
Uniforms and badges provided.
Emergency driving experience with red lights (not yellow lights).
