Gorgeous Plus Size Formal Dress - $200 (West End)

Selling a beautiful royal blue formal dress.
It's a size 24 and has never been altered.
The dress can be worn off the shoulders or on.
It was worn once for less than 2 hours.
I am almost 6 feet tall and it came down to the floor.
Back of the dress is a few inches longer than the front.
Great flowing dress with just the right amount of bling on the top.
Definitely a great dress for any formal event from a black tie event to prom and even an alternative wedding dress.
It was a $400 dress.
