For sale is my 2003 Dodge Dakota, Club Cab.
It has the 3.
9L V6 engine and 5-speed manual transmission w/4WD.
Truck has 243k miles on it.
I'm the 3rd owner of this truck, and have had it since 90k miles.
It has religiously received oil/filter changes as well as routine gearbox oil changes.
Typical wear & replacement items such as brakes, rotors, calipers, CV axles, drive shafts, water pumps, pulleys, etc.
have been replaced when worn or broken.
This truck runs and drives, and with it being a MT, will probably continue to run and drive for more miles to come.
It has AT tires on it that still have plenty of tread life as well.
It is an older truck, so there are definitely lingering issues.
The paint is rough, peeling, and has scratches/rust spots, the headliner in the cab is starting to fall down again (replaced when I bought the truck in 2015), & one of the pivot pins for the tailgate broke (so it requires some manual alignment when closing).
The radio that was in it previously was stolen, and the thieves that stole it broke some tabs to mount another back in.
I have another radio for it that is wired up and works, I just can't properly mount it back in place.
The heat blasts nice and hot, but there is a freon leak somewhere so the cold air is just ambient temperature.
Additionally, there are a few rust spots on the vehicle.
In the pictures you will see the hole in the wheel well in the bed, rust underneath the driver side door, as well as both front cab mounts rusted.
There are also 2 chips in the windshield (cracks haven't spread anywhere), and the fender flare for the rear, passenger side fender is broken in some mounting places.
Vehicle also has an expired state inspection.
I will not be taking it to get inspected because I'm not willing to fix this truck up any longer.
This truck may still be road worthy.
Ideally, I think this is the perfect farm truck w/farm use tags or a hunting truck.
Even with all of the damage I've described, KBB has this thing valued between $2,000 - $3,000.
I'm asking $2,500 OBO.
The VIN is clean and I have the title.
Text, call, or email works well.
If you call and I don't answer, please leave a message or shoot me a follow up text.
Because of scammers, if I don't recognize the number and you don't leave a voicemail, I will not call back.
