2012 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT - $2,000 (Henrico)

I haven't used the van since June when I switched jobs and no longer needed it.
In May, a message was showing 'NO FUSE,' but the van was still drivable.
The van was used as a work van Update: The car may need a new battery, as I jump start van yesterday, took it for a ride and experienced a dead battery today.
In May I took van to Autozone, they checked battery and it was good, so maybe just need to drive van longer.
There's a "NO FUSE" message; you might want to Google it for more information, there's a clicking noise when starting, and the key need to be turned a couple of times.
The front air isn't blowing, but the rear works.
There might be other issues related to the "NO FUSE" message.
The state inspection expired in October 2023.
Moreover, I believe this car could be an excellent opportunity for a car mechanic or someone familiar with these issues.
